one more hour.... I only have to survive one more hour.
Work is decidedly boring today.... but it's half an hour less boring than it could be, because I'm going to leave early and go clean house... not my house, but house, none the less. This is what I've done today:
Update the glossary database/html pages: While the database and the html should be the same thing, they're not right now. I hear Randy's working on that.... It should be done in time for Rev 6 or so (Rev 2, which was 18 months in the making, goes up around August). So that was a lot of mindless cutting and pasteing.
Work on linking concepts: I finished the linking concepts for all the articles published in '01, and the first 3 in 02. This, while also mindless, involves searching for terms such as "polar" in a totally randomized list. Over and over and over.
PDFs: As the PDF goddess, it was my duty to catch up on PDFing lessons and stuff... I usually let Mindi help, but she had real work to do today.
508 compliance inventory: I added 3 pages to the 57 pages I already had of alt tag inventory. I'm not even 1/3 of the way done with '01. I will never finish.
And now I'm killing the last hour, because the only thinks I hae left to do today are alt tags inventory and linking concepts.... I think my brain is going to explode. But I only have to survive one more hour.
