I have decided that there are two essentials for any car that I (currently have access to) and drive in the summer. I'm driving my dad's car right now, and that means I have to carry multiple gallons of water with me everywhere, but my bug won't need that (no radiator... Yippie!!). But I will always carry in my glovebox.... A hairbrush, and deoderant. Necessities for a car with 4-70 (or in the bug's case, 2-70) air-conditioning. Especially if your car has a navy blue (Dad's car) or black (my bug) interior. It's dadgum hot.
