ok... so I have a problem with this . While I will admit that having sex behind the wheel of a car is not a safe driving practice... the driver of the other car most likely *fell asleep* at the wheel. And veered out of his/her lane. Thus, the accident is not the fault of the couple (one of whom, the man, died during the accident), but of the other driver. Possibly, the accident could have been avoided if the couple were like, paying attention to the road instead of each other... nevertheless, fault lies with the other driver.
