In lieu of real content... A meme. I have real content, in my head, but it hasn't made it into blogger yet. Blame the plague or something (Brianna and I have both been sick off and on for like, two weeks).
I am... really tired. All the time now, it seems.
I want... to magically lose all this baby weight. :-)
I have... a beautiful daughter.
I wish... that I could spend more time recording these moments with her... they're going by fast.
I know... this too shall pass.
I hate... feeling inadequate.
I fear... being a "bad" mommy (whatever that means).
I hear... Nothing. Stupid ears are plugged up, I've probably been shouting at people all day.
I crave... Starbucks.
I search... for more time in my day!
I always... worry about stupid little things.
I usually... miss the forest for the trees.
I am not... patient.
I miss... time with friends.
I love... my husband. :-)
I never... say never?
I rarely... get everything done.
I cry... way too much, it seems.
I lose... at most games :-)
I should... work on being more healthy.
I worry... about everything.
I dream... of sleep, lol.
I was... reading blogs when I found this :-) Go check out One Thing.

Book Meme Total Number of Books Owned Oh dear. A lot. And by a lot, I mean a room full. More books than I have shelves for.
Last Book Bought Umm... Strong's Exhaustive Concordance? I think? Although I pre-ordered a Lemony Snicket book that should be coming soon-ish...
Last Book Read Elsie's Girlhood. Such a great series... eventually, I'll have all of them.
Five books that mean a lot to me Lord Of The Rings (J.R.R. Tolkien): because my dad read me and my siblings the whole series. And because they are just good books. Elsie Dinsmore (Martha Finley): The first book that ever made me cry. And still makes me cry. Every time. Crocodile on the Sandbank (Elizabeth Peters): THe first of the Amelia Peabody series... which I have read soooo many times. The Bridge (Jeri Massi): First in the Bracken Trilogy. Typical princess in hiding type story... but one of my favorites. Vienna Prelude (Bodie Thoene): I have this thing for series... my first foray into historical fiction, very well written, sweet and yet not mushy, graphic and yet not horrific.
You're usually feeling the love for the world around you - you want to hug everyone. And while you're usually content to sit back and view the world with wonder... Sometimes you're world becomes very overwhelming and a little scary.
You're a total perfectionist. So go ahead and congratulate yourself on a "perfect" score. The truth is, everyone is sick of living up to your standards. And you're probably even sick of them yourself.
Ice cream, you scream? So this was in my archives as a draft, but never published. Thought i'd throw it out there... it's kinda funny.
Your Icecream Flavour is...Neopolitan!
You aren't satisfied with just one flavor. They say variety is the spice of life and this shines through in your Ice cream of choice! Just don't eat all the chocolate and leave the strawberry and vanilla behind!
You are a pretty serious non conformist. You live a life hardly anyone understands. And while some may call you a freak, you're happy with who you are.
Venus is a mysterious, stormy planet - shrouded in a thick layer of clouds.
You are perfect to rule Venus, because you are quite emotional and volatile yourself. Your emotions change as rapidly as the weather on Venus, and both you and the planet are incomprehensible to others.
While you are not a logical thinker, you are quite empathetic. You can care for and understand others, but your emotions swirl too quickly to truly understand yourself.

eh... Another Quiz.... not that I thought the result was particularly fitting, but I thought it was great that Envy wears a Punisher t-shirt.
Which Seven Deadly Sin are you?
Envy- You hate everything about yourself. Everyday you wish you were a different person. You will become a stalker, wanting parts of people you can never have. Take this quiz!
You are an assassin. That means you are a proffessional and do your job without mixing any emotions in it. In your life you have probably been hurt many times and have gotten some mental scars. This results in you being distant from people. Though many think that you are evil, you are not. What you really are is a person, trying to forget your pain and past. You are the person who never seems to care and that is why being an assassin fits you good. Atleast, that's what people think. Even if you don't care that much for your victims, you still have the ability to care and to generally feel. It is not lost, just a little forgotten. In crowds you tend to not get to noticed, and dress in black or other discrete colours. You don't being in the spotlight and wish people would just leave you alone. But once you do get close to someone you have a hard time letting go and get real down if you loose him/her.
Main weapon: Sniper Quote:"The walls we build around us to keep out the sadness also keep out the joy" -Jim Rohn Facial expression: Narrowed eyes Take this quiz!
And it just keeps getting geekier... Only 60.356% geek. But I'm sure that's enough. I literally doubled David's score. Which is funny, and not really all that suprising.
Brilliant and sneaky: You are an Arcane Trickster!
Score! You have a prestige class. A prestige class can only be taken after you've fulfilled certain requirements. This may mean that you're an exceptionally talented person, but it probably doesn't.
Arcane Tricksters combine arcane magic with rogue skills and sensibilities. They use their magic to confuse their opponents or to augment their more mundane, roguish skills. If you thought it was annoying keeping an eye that that rogue, the Arcane Trickster is probably picking your pocket from the other side of the room.
Both smart and sneaky, you're probably the type of person that loves planning practical jokes... either that or knocking over banks.
My test tracked 4 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:
Your life has been 32% difficult. Based on your family, money, political context, and personal situation -- during the important years of your development -- it appears your life was AVERAGE. What does this mean?
Well, the "difficulty" of your life is a measure of how rough you had it. Relative to the world, you had a pretty normal childhood. You probably had a typical mixture of advantages and disadvantages. At one time the disadvantanges might've even seemed impossible to overcome. But look at you now!
I'm not sure what "success" means to you, but whatever it is, you can achieve it. When you do, it'll be very impressive.
You are Prowl. Quiet, loyal, logical and you have the patience of Job. Good for you. You are a brilliant problem solver as long as it's not an illogical situation. If so, you are lost. You don't have much of an imagination. You are friendly, but not too sociable. You listen more than you talk. Rock on with your thinkin' self.
You have Purple Wings! Lost and Confused, when your wings are purple, its difficult to see ahead because the fog is clouding your vision. You can never decide easily, and even the simplest choices are difficult to take. A quite, kind person, you have a very sharp mind and can do anything if you set your mind to it. But something probably very sad happened in your life, and now, you question anything. Lost in your trance and afraid to peak outside your box, right now your life is very frustrating. But, dont forget this very important thing: Purple is made from blue and red, and with just a little bit of pushing, you can go back.
And just for kicks (and because I really don't want to write my next paper):
Five Questions for Bloggers:
1) Why did you start a blog?
It looked like and interesting way to keep in touch with all the people I don't get to interact with in person... like the ones in Huntsville and Memphis.
2) Do you have a blogmother/blogfather?
Hmmm... possibly Chad? He had one before me... but I think it was a combined effort from Chad, Amanda, and possibly Krys. To tell you the truth, I really don't remember.
3. Has it helped/hurt/had no effect on your professional life?
No effect on my professional life... but then, I guess for now I'm a professional student.
4. Do your 'real world' friends know that you blog?
All but the ones I talk bad about on here... (and it's not like they can't find me in google...)
5. Do you have a blog crush?
Um.... I'm married to a fellow blogger... Does that count?
Alright, alright, I give up. Two tests in a week have confirmed that yes, I am a nerd. Apparently, quite a nerd. But, somehow, I managed to get the nerd title, but not the smarts. *note to Chad: this might explain my nervous breakdown last night over two upcoming B's this semester.* Ho hum. I suppose that after like, a bizzilion years of being called a nerd, it wouldn't suprise me. Anyway...
I guess I'll go back to reading my Nazi book, and doing calculus homework *sigh* the life of a geek.
You are a JAMES POTTER to Harry! The father he never had, the father he wishes he knew. You're more of a fatherly type to people. You're kind, loyal, unbiased and just an over all "gosh-golly-shucks" kind of guy. Everyone likes you, and you like ev- well, almost everyone. BUT! You are mischieveous at times and you do know how to party ;D
